Vegan recipes are dairy-free to start. I'm intrigued how you can make your own cheese, meat, fish and chicken from plant-based ingredients. Eating vegan is so much more than tofu and lentils. I'm not a vegan, I just happen to cook a lot of vegan dishes. Especially when I have guests I just love to surprise all those carnivores with all-vegan dishes (without telling them)
