Prep Time: 1minute
Servings: 1
Ingredients
1Tbsptiger nut flour
2tsptiger nut oilsubstitute with avocado oil
To taste
1pinchsea salt
Instructions
Prepare the flour
Is your flour finely ground? Perfect. If not, you can add some in your spice grinder to make it ultra-fine.
Make the nut-butter
Wisk the tiger nut flour and the oil into a paste and let rest for a minute so the flour can absorb the oil.
Depending on whether you want it thick or runny, add a bit more oil at this point.
Add the sea salt to taste
Notes
We are using tiger nut oil in this recipe since we are making a nut butter that is Paleo and AIP suited. You can substitute with avocado oil since that is also approved when following an AIP diet. The consistency you go for depends on the application you need it for. You want it thicker is you use it as a nut-butter on top of baked goods and a little runnier if you use it as a sauce to dip fruit or veggies.Since you can make as little as you need, there is no need to keep leftovers, but you can keep the min the fridge up to ten days.
